MARCH 23 UPDATE: We are happy to announce that our new customer communication features are LIVE, earlier than planned.   Now a contractor can better collaborate with a customer for the review of one or more estimates, invoicing and other job related topics.  There is nothing like it in the market and we thank the hundreds of contractors who helped steer us with their comments and testing.  Easy to follow instructions, for both you and your customers can be found by logging into the system and clicking on the instructions in the April 2010 Latest News Section.

We believe that contractors communicating this way (in addition to verbal and in person) will really strengthen the relationship with a customer, and stand out against other contractors when delivering and reviewing job estimates that are not closed on the spot with a prospect.
