MyOnlineToolbox is best known of as a business platform for contractors to manage the basics of their day (estimating, scheduling, jobs, invoices) and also collaborating with other contractors (sharing leads and job info with their subcontractors). We built the foundation of MyOnlineToolbox with the opinions of a few hundred contractors.

We are now about to release the first features where a contractor can better collaborate with a customer for the review of one or more estimates, scheduling, invoicing and some other traditional topics.  Update as of February 3: We are in our 2nd stage of testing and no longer require additional testing customers. 

We believe that contractors communicating this way (in addition to verbal and in person) will really strengthen the relationship with a customer, as well as stand out against other contractors when delivering and reviewing job estimates that are not closed on the spot with a prospect. In all sounds easy but there are some tricky developments that have taken us some time to get ready for launch scheduled for late March.
