First suggestion, get rid of the Flash Introductions since the search engines penalize you for the speed to load content. Nothing is there to gain for people to find you, the key reason why a contractor creates a website in the first pleace.
Second suggestion, when your home page comes up, notice the browser tag on top ... Mouse over it to see what words may be there. It should never say something like "Home Page". So think of a search engine looking for your service in a certain city and the title of the listing says "Home Page". How many people would look at it?
You need to change the Home Page Title Tag to say something like
Your Company Name Your Service Your City Your State
and maybe add another city or two, but just do not go over 60 characters including spaces.
Third suggestion, add a section at the bottom of your website for areas served. You should do the same for every city that you are willing to go to. Some people even go to the extreme of every zip code that one would search. Glance at www.snellac.com and see what I mean. KEEP IN MIND THAT YOUR WEBSITE IS ALL ABOUT PEOPLE FINDING YOU, so you have to think how someone may search for your service in their local area and the first is usually the city, the second is city-state and the third is zip code. All of this is just free information to give to a search engine, and without it, you are just giving away free real estate to market yourself.
