ServusXchange obtains investment

ServusXchange, LLC., a privately held company, founded in 2005 and an emerging provider of software-as-a-service to the home repair and remodeling industry announced today that it obtained additional financing from two early-stage investors: Mac Lewis and David Collin. The company previously raised an undisclosed portion of early-stage investment capital from their founders and a group of private-equity investors to fund additional product development for their innovative suite of Internet solutions.
Mr. C. McKenzie (Mac) Lewis, III is an active investor in early stage technology companies as well as founder and a partner of Sherpa Partners, a technology venture capital firm. His background includes 10 years as President and CEO of Computer Network Technology, which became a NASDAQ public company during his tenure as CEO, and he was the founder and CEO of The Systems Center, a software product company. Prior to his involvement with those two start-up companies, Mac was with IBM for 14 years in various management positions, sales, systems engineering and product management for their large enterprise systems. He currently serves on boards of several early-stage private companies. He is a graduate of Princeton University.
Mr. R. David Collin had a 30-year Wall Street career in Institutional Sales and Trading and was a former member of the Investment Association of New York and The Bond Club of New York. He has over 35 years of making venture capital investments and he has participated in approximately 70 startups. Currently, Mr. Collin is a member of the Treasure Coast Angel Investment Forum. He is a graduate of Middlebury College, VT.
