ServusXchange obtains additional investment

ServusXchange, LLC, announced today that it obtained an additional investment to further fund its product launch.

Brian Javeline, president and CEO of ServusXchange, LLC, said, "This investment coattails another recent investment and further strengthens our cash position to achieve our growth goals. We are happy to announce that Simon Hunt will join the company as our fourth outside investor and advisor. His broadly diverse background includes accounting, buyouts, and investing for growth."

Simon was a partner in KPMG in the UK and subsequently became an executive director of a number of publicly quoted software and services companies. He has participated in eight leveraged buyouts and is an Angel investor with 24 investments in the healthcare services, Internet, and advanced technology sectors. Currently, Simon chairs a management buyout team that purchased AMTECH Power Software (http://www.amtech-power.co.uk), a global leader in providing software solutions for electrical engineers with over 10,000 customers. He divides his time between London and South Florida.
