MyOnlineToolbox™ is contractor’s first Business-to-Business-to-Consumer platform
3/23/2010
ServusXchange, with its flagship product MyOnlineToolbox, was chosen as a Dell Top 10 Innovator in 2008 and in 2009 was named by Forbes among America’s Most Promising Companies. These awards were given in part for the vision to produce a Business-to-Business-to-Consumer collaboration platform for an industry that is in the process of a massive transition towards the adoption of Internet-based technologies.
Brian Javeline, President and Co-Founder of ServusXchange, LLC, said, “Until now, MyOnlineToolbox has been best known for contractors to manage their business functions and collaborate with other subcontractors. Now a contractor can better collaborate with a customer for the review of one or more estimates, invoicing and other job-related topics. There is nothing like it in the market and we thank the hundreds of contractors who helped steer us with their comments and testing. MyOnlineToolbox is the first B-2-B-2-C collaboration platform in the home repair and remodeling markets.”
Javeline further commented, “We believe that contractors communicating this way (in addition to verbal and in person) will really strengthen the relationship with a customer, and stand out against other contractors when delivering and reviewing job estimates that are not closed on the spot with a prospect. In the very near future we will also be providing suppliers and service providers the availability to be in front of contractors, subcontractors and homeowners during the decision-making process. Most competitors still provide a software product, while we are a platform that has a software solution inside it, and the differentiators continue to expand.”
