MyOnlineToolBox goes live ahead of schedule

12/21/2006

ServusXchange, LLC., a privately held company, founded in 2005 and an emerging provider of software-as-a-service to the home repair and remodeling industry announced today at the Minority Contractor's Expo that its product MyOnlineToolBox will officially go into live testing on January 1, 2007.

Michael Carson, vice president of ServusXchange, LLC., said, "We felt that the Minority Contractor Expo was a perfect place to make our announcement. Contractors in general have a hard time automating their business processes and we felt that supporting minority efforts to enhance their community's efficiencies would be a great opportunity to promote our excitement."

Brian Javeline, president and CEO of ServusXchange, LLC., said, "In addition to our product development accomplishments, we are happy to announce that we attracted over 80 companies from various states during the Beta Testing Period. This exceeded our goals of 50 companies in our home state, further validating the market's need for a truly new solution. We wish to continue to thank these companies for being an important part of our success. We look forward to the many exciting developments for 2007; with a goal to have a full product launch in early 2008."
