Brian Javeline
President & CEO
Brian has approximately 30 years software related experience with a majority focus on management, business development, sales and marketing.  Before venturing to create the MyOnlineToolbox brand, he was a co-founder of InvestmentCafe, a collaborative solution for the Private Equity industry. Brian sold his interests in order to pursue the MyOnlineToolbox opportunity.  And before that he was an original employee of Accelerated Computer Technologies, Inc. targeting the apparel industry. He was promoted to various titles including partner. Brian was also a founding member of the MIT Enterprise Forum of South Florida. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of New York, SUNY, Stonybrook, NY.

Philip Tonks
Phil is President of Paul’s Maintenance, Inc. Phil has many years experience running a large, well known, full service Home Repair and Maintenance company that has been serving the surrounding communities of Palm Beach County, Florida, since 1985.

C. McKenzie (Mac) Lewis, III
Mac is an active investor in early stage technology companies as well as founder and a partner of Sherpa Partners, a technology venture capital firm. His background includes 10 years as President and CEO of Computer Network Technology, which became a NASDAQ public company during his tenure as CEO, and he was the founder and CEO of The Systems Center, a software product company. Prior to his involvement with those two start-up companies, Mac was with IBM for 14 years in various management positions, sales, systems engineering and product management for their large enterprise systems. He currently serves on boards of several early-stage private companies. Mac is a graduate of Princeton University.

R. David Collin
David had a 30-year Wall Street career in Institutional Sales and Trading and was a former member of the Investment Association of New York and The Bond Club of New York. He has over 35 years of making venture capital investments and he has participated in approximately 70 startups. Currently, David is a member of the Treasure Coast Angel Investment Forum. He is a graduate of Middlebury College, VT.

Bill DuPriest
Over 25 years involved in systems integration industry including selling and installing building automation, security, life safety and other building systems.  Bill worked for large public companies such as Honeywell, Siemens, Simplex (Tyco), and a subsidiary of Sensormatic.  Bill held management positions including Regional Manager and National Sales Manager with revenue responsibilities ranging up to $20 million.  Following that, Bill and a partner started up a systems business in security and life safety and grew the business to roughly $10 million annually.

Russel B. Bell
Russell spent nearly ten years with Roth Capital, a major regional investment bank in Southern California, where he was a Senior Vice President. At Roth, Russell was part of a team that identified and financed dozens of emerging companies, including several technology firms that included Earthlink, PeopleNet, and Eltron International. From Roth Capital, Russell joined E*Offering, a start-up, as a managing partner. E*Offering’s other partners included E*Trade, Softbank, and General Atlantic Partners. E*Offering was the investment bank of E*Trade and grew to be one of the most prolific underwriters in the U.S. market participating in 1 of every 3 IPO’s and over 50% of technology underwritings. Over three years, Russell worked closely with the management teams of Selectica, Firepond, U.S. Web, and many others.

Simon Hunt
Simon was a partner in KPMG in the UK and subsequently became an executive director of a number of publicly quoted software and services companies. He has participated in eight leveraged buyouts and is an Angel investor with 24 investments in the healthcare services, Internet, and advanced technology sectors. Currently, Simon chairs a management buyout team that purchased AMTECH Power Software, a global leader in providing software solutions for electrical engineers with over 10,000 customers. He divides his time between London and South Florida.

Ron Thompson
Ron is a founder of CAIL Having started in the technical side of the industry, moving to product management and then to profit / loss responsibility, Ron has accumulated considerable business experience with an ability to successfully generate bottom line results. Being an active Angel since 2000 and founder of the Corporate Angels, Ron maintains a portfolio of 15 to 20 venture investments (in both the US and Canada). In addition, Ron is a member of the Canadian Venture Forum Selection Committee, an important industry event for funding companies with high growth potential. As well, Mr. Thompson presents in various venture community industry events to support entrepreneurship and provide insights on becoming more sophisticated in venture investing.
