1/18/2007

ServusXchange, LLC, announced that it obtained an additional investment to further fund its product launch into the marketplace.

Brian Javeline, president and CEO of ServusXchange, LLC, said, "In addition to our product development occurring exactly as planned since 2005, we are happy to announce that Russell Bell will join the company as our third outside investor and advisor. Russell's background includes investment banking and he has worked closely with management on many early-stage technology companies. Russell's involvement in our company strengthens our leadership and financial position for our recent product launch."

Russell B Bell spent nearly ten years with Roth Capital, a major regional investment bank in Southern California, where he was a Senior Vice President. At Roth, Russell was part of a team that identified and financed dozens of emerging companies, including several technology firms that included Earthlink, PeopleNet and Eltron International. From Roth Capital, Russell joined E*Offering, a start-up, as a managing partner. E*Offering's other partners included E*Trade, Softbank and General Atlantic Partners. E*Offering was the investment bank of E*Trade and grew to be one of the most prolific underwriters in the U.S. market participating in 1 of every 3 IPO's and over 50% of technology underwritings. Over three years, Russell worked closely with the management teams of Selectica, Firepond, U.S. Web, and many others.
